Evansmill Townhomes is a townhome community nestled in the heart of Lithonia, were it has been for over twenty years. We have over 25 combined years of property and maintenance management experience. Everything is a consideration to us. Our staff is there to help you with all of your leasing needs. All duties are completed with swiftness, expertise, and professionalism.  This ensures that you recieve the best service for your money in a timely fashion!  

We are excited to embark on our new journey. Many changes are set to take place that will continue to make Evansmill a awesome place to call home. However, as with anything, it will take time and patience! As a thank you for bearing with us during our transition. We are offering reduce rental rates on all of our townhomes and we are waving "all" administrative fees.
